Phase 1 occupies the northeast quadrant of the Shell Space. Zones are arranged for workflow: feedstock enters Zone A, purified electrolyte flows to Zone B for cell assembly, completed cells move to Zone C for testing. The remaining 7,500 SF accommodates Phase 2 pilot deployment and Phase 3 production line without relocating Phase 1 equipment. Power, water, and exhaust enter from the north wall (adjacent to North Office utilities). Load bank output feeds Shell Space lighting first, then North Office sub-panel.
